TOM CASSESE | Director, Writer, Executive Producer, Editor
Tom Cassese is an independent filmmaker and writer. Following the success of his previous short film Concurrence, he was inspired to make Zoul his next film. This is his most ambitious project to date, and he couldn't be happier to finally present his film to the world. He currently works for AMC Networks and SundanceTV and is a graduate of the Lawrence Herbert School of Communication at Hofstra University. Tom is also an animator and illustrator, currently enrolled at the School of Visual Arts in New York City. You can read more about him HERE.

JON BEWLEY | Producer
Jon Bewley is a filmmaker, writer, and photographer based in New York City with a passion for storytelling, music, and visual media. He is also a freelance videographer, working largely in marketing and music videos. His growing list of clients includes Pepsi, Hell's Creative, and Jake Miller. He's also fluent in Japanese. JOSEPH ROCCO PLESCIA | Producer
Joseph Rocco Plescia is a filmmaker, writer, and James Bond movie buff. Like Concurrence, his short film Slapdash Vendetta screened at the 69th Cannes Film Festival, and he has since adapted the story into a graphic novel. Joe currently works for MTV as an associate producer and videographer, producing and shooting short-form content with notable celebrities, including Jennifer Lawrence, Jack Black, and Guillermo del Toro, to name a few. KYRA ANGIONE | Associate Producer, Assistant Director
Kyra Angione is a filmmaker, producer, assistant director, and graduate of The Lawrence Herbert School of Communication at Hofstra University. Her award-winning short film Awakening is screening at the Garden State Film Festival and the Long Island International Film Expo (LIIFE) this summer. Currently she works as an Associate Producer at ASL Productions and was assistant director on Zoul's own Andrew Schwarz' film Beauty, Debra Markowitz's The Choice, and award-winning DC Comics-authorized fan film Batman: Patient Zero by Andrew Akler.

TOM FESTO | Director of Photography
Tom Festo has worked freelance in the Grip & Electric departments in the television industry and on a wide range of independent short and feature films in the New York area. In the past few years, some of his most notable work includes the feature film Pickings, as well as projects with Bruce Dern, Paris Jackson, Fergie, and Shaquille O'Neal.

AARON KENNY | Music Composer
Featured by ASCAP as a "Composer to Watch," Aaron Kenny is an award-winning music composer for concert hall, stage, and screen. He is the music assistant to Alan Menken, the 8x Oscar-winner behind Disney's The Little Mermaid, Beauty And The Beast, Aladdin, as well as Little Shop of Horrors, to name a few. In 2013, Aaron scored the Australian Academy Award-nominated short film Welcome to Iron Knob. He is also a selected composer participating in the BMI Lehman Engel Musical Theatre Workshop. His theatrical writing made its debut Off-Broadway in 2016 with the musical On Your Mark. Aaron is a graduate of the University of Adelaide's Elder Conservatorium of Music and the Australian Film, Television and Radio School. Recently, he received his Masters in Music Composition from the Steinhardt School at NYU, where he received both the Steinhardt and Alan Menken Scholarships. JOSEPH DROBEZKO II | SFX Makeup Artist
Joseph Drobezko is an accomplished and award-winning special effects makeup artist. In 2017, he competed on Season 12 of Syfy's hit makeup competition show FaceOff, and he recently taught an effects makeup class at the OA Makeup School in Guangzhou, China. He graduated from the prestigious Make-up Designory in NYC and was first runner up in IMATS Battle of the Brushes competition in LA. Check out his work HERE and on Instagram @joebezko.

Keller McDivitt is a sound designer and ADR mixer at Dungeon Beach, a post-production house located in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. His recent work includes HBO's series Vice, Viceland's Fuck That's Delicious starring Action Bronson, and the feature film Match starring Sir Patrick Stewart.

DIEGO CORDERO | Colorist
Diego Cordero is an accomplished cinematographer, editor, and colorist. In 2017, he was nominated for the American Society of Cinematographers Heritage Award for his work on the film Silver. He was also producer and cinematographer on the short film Kun Fayakun, which stars Zoul's own Peyton Bristol and features makeup work by Joseph Drobezko II.

NICK PROTO | VFX Artist
Nick Proto is a New York-based animator and visual effects artist. His specialties include computer animation and the emerging field of virtual and augmented reality. Currently he works as an assistant video editor at Marvel Entertainment, where he edits and animates short-form web content. Check out his work HERE.

ERIK FREITAS | Motion Graphics Artist
Erik Freitas is an Emmy® award-winning motion graphics artist, editor, producer, and photographer from Boston, Massachusetts. He was a producer on Tom Cassese's previous film Concurrence and currently works for Spartan Race, producing and editing promotional content. He received a New England Emmy® for his work on the short documentary package Abigail Serra: The Natural, which you can watch HERE.

Dan Wolff is an independent film director and recent graduate of The Lawrence Herbert School of Communication at Hofstra University. Christian Manzi is a cinematographer who works on independent and commercial projects in the New York City area. Most recently, he was the director of photography on a number of episodes of the upcoming Amazon series New Dogs Old Tricks starring Eric Roberts and Clay Aiken. While not on film shoots, he works as a salty boat captain.

Kyle Noone, aka "Glenn," aka "Grip Man," is an independent filmmaker, working freelance in the grip and electric department on a number of film and television shoots in the New York City area. He is also a co-host on the podcast Cash Is Easy to Get along with Zoul's Boom Operator John Neal.
